Stained Glass Angel
During the hanging of a show in the Hayti Heratige Center in Durham, N. C., I noted the window in the St. Joseph’s AME Church sanctuary. Since I had my camera along, I photographed the window glazed with stained glass and named the image "Stained Glass Angel".

Empty Pews
During the hanging of a show in the Hayti Heratige Center in Durham, N. C., I noted the Empty Pews in the St. Joseph’s AME sanctuary which was being renovated for the Hayti Heritage Center’s performing auditorium. The emptiness of the pews was symbolic of the fullness that was to come.
